How do i stop/disable the confirm box when i want to navigate to a different page?
If i hit the back button or refresh button, a confirmation box appears, asking me too confirm, how do i stop this from repeatedly happening?

This issue can be caused by gadgets on the Facebook page.
You will have to check that out by removing each of them until you find the culprit.
If you added or updated gadgets recently than start with those.
When you mention gadgets, do you mean game apps or something else? I'm new to all this :)
