have been using Thunderbird mail for about 3 years. It’s template selected the incoming and outgoing servers and ports etc..successfully. I've been connecting to Prodigy mail/ATT I had to change the battery and it doesn't work anymore. Can you help ???it checks the password until it shows an error message that the servers password or etc are wrong. I know the password is right since I can log in directly. Messages : 1- Configuration found in ISP Database 2- Checking Password (for a few minutes 3- Unable to log in at server..probably wrong configuration username or password 4 then nothing Worked great before battery change
