DEVS NEED TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR IGNORANCE AND LACK OF CARING. On mobile app. Videos are choppy even after refreshing, clearing cache and data serve no fix. Swiping up on video doesn't enter full screen mode. These are known issues for over 4 years. Questions 1.) Why haven't devs fixes these issue. 2.) Why do devs rely on non-employees to mitigate issues. Instead of fixing issues themselves directly. 3.) No other browsing site has these issues, only FIREFOX. The issues are clearly from poor app design and bad coding, so why do devs not fix it eventhough 1000s of people have these issues? 4.) Despite all the negative reviews, devs turn a blind eye and don't fix any issues.
