You can use Firefox Sync in Firefox for Android, Firefox for iOS, Firefox Reality and Firefox on the desktop.

If you only have firefox on one device, no synchronisation is needed. If you have it on other computers then sharing your access codes for websites, and other data might be useful. Most often people have mobile phones, and if you are running FF on one, that is a sensible way to start.
