Just recently started using Firefox and Duckduckgo. Suddenly any attempt to use my credit card to charge anything I cannot click on the icon, or enter CC info. Very strange. Same is true for Shopify although Shopify does send me a verification code. Only thing that works is PayPal. Annoying.

Your System Details show "security.enterprise_roots.enabled:TRUE". This usually means that you have security software that wants to inspect your internet traffic and to do this properly needs to install its root certificate in Firefox, but the System Details do not show any registered registeredAntiVirus and registeredAntiSpyware and registeredFirewall.

If you do not have security software then you should do a malware scan.

Bit Defender shows in Control Panel, Security as firewall and antivirus. see screen captures I am also using Duckduckgo. No cert for it, is one needed? I would be surprised if these two did not have their root certs registered with Firefox. Do you mean on my PC, or with Mozilla/firefox? Second, I did not have this trouble until I started using Firefox. Do I have to put in some extension for BitDefender or Duckduckgo? I have been using Duckduckgo for years with no problem in Chrome. I just recently decided to stop using Google products.
