I'm trying to syncronise my phone, so I can get my mobile bookmarks from Chrome, but for some reason the app doesn't recognise me scaning the qr-code, it still asks me to do that in-app.

There could be a few reasons why the QR code isn't working. First, make sure that you have the latest version of the Firefox App installed. If you're using an older version, it may not be compatible with your phone. Make sure that the code is clear and not blurry, and that your phone's camera is focused correctly. If the code still isn't working, try restarting your phone and trying again. If you're still having trouble, you can try manually entering the code into the app.

Hi

If the QR code is not working for you, I recommend that you use the alternative email method.

Please note that you will not be able to directly sync bookmarks from Chrome, but this walk through should help:

How do I do that? When I try to sync my phone it only offers the QR-code.

If you open the Firefox for Android menu, select Settings and Turn on Sync (at the top of the list), you will see an option to "Use email instead".

I hope that this helps.
