Update to foxfire and logins and passwords are gone and I cannot add them back in

Two day ago the update wiped out my logins and passwords but not bookmarks I added them from google but they do not save I have reinstalled current an past versions but it will not hold any logins or passwords in memory

Make sure Firefox is closed when you replace the logins.json and key4.db files (check the task manager). Note that the logins.json and key4.db need to match to make this work as the key file (key4.db) stores the encryption key for the logins saved in logins.json.

I have done all of that I have reinstalled it and moved the key4 and login files from a backup drive and they do not show up I tried to put them in manually and they will save but as soon as I restart foxfire they are gone again
