Then you need to start your computer in SafeMode with Networking and go to control panel to uninstall what program was installed or malware it is and remove it. Otherwise you will have to take it to a computer shop to fix this.

Run most or all of the listed free to use malware scanners. Each works differently. If one program misses something, another may pick it up.

Can you go to Facebook log-in and reset your password?
