PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR
is not possible to connect with the most of website for example google or bing.com always is the error message:
Error: Secured connection failed
There was an error connecting to www.google.com. PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR
The Web site cannot be viewed because the authenticity of the data received could not be verified.
Please contact the owner of the website to inform them of this problem.
-What can i do to repare this error and to connect normally my website.

Bing search https://www.bing.com/search?q=PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR This simply means, that the peer or some middlebox in between (firewall) is terminating the connection.
There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.
