log out of Lockwise?
OK, I've been using Firefox for DECADES, but this eludes me. Lockwise is a pretty good password manager, but when I'm logged in to the Firefox account ANYONE can do about:logins and see all my passwords. NOT GOOD. Now my machine is normally not shared, but if I want to share it, how to I prevent that from happening? Logging out of Firefox/Sync doesn't seem to do the trick. In the interest of security, how do I prevent a shared used from seeing my passwords?

Try to enter about:config in the URL bar and set signon.management.page.os-auth.enabled = true.
Oh, BTW, I am Win 7 FF80.
As to making signon.management.page.os-auth.enabled = true, it still doesn't work. I do that, log out of Firefox, close and reopen the program, and about:logins shows me *everything*.
Boy, Mozilla sure doesn't make security easy.
Don't you have a windows user password? In that case you have to set up a primary password.

Yes, of course, and that's a fair point. On this machine, I have nothing on my account that I'm worried about sharing EXCEPT my passwords. So the bottom line, I guess, is that if I want to allow someone to use my machine, they MUST do so with a different Win7 login? There is no way to disable Lockwise in Firefox?
The advantage of using my Win login is that they can use Firefox the way I've set it up, with the menubar I use, etc.
