If you have a Firefox Account, and it contains data, then you should be able to retrieve that data on another device. You will need to still have access to the email account for verification. Even if your old computer will not start up, you may be able to copy your data out by attaching the hard drive from that computer to another computer. This could be a DIY project if you don't mind opening computers and moving a hard drive into an external enclosure (connects using USB), or you may want to get assistance from a local tech.
