Hi.

I can't seem to exit full screen in firefox 41.0.2 for android. In gyfcat the back button is present as is the full screen button in the player but neither do anything. Same with double tapping screen. Vimeo full screen button does not exit full screen either.

I'm finding that the only way out is to close firefox which is obviously not really a solution!

Anybody have any ideas. Many thanks. Corndog

On Android 4.4.2 and 4.4.4 there is no way to exit from full screen in Firefox 41.0.2. Pressing the back button does nothing. I have tested this on 3 different devices.

Firefox for Android 42.0.2 (2015386609) is even worse on 4.4.4 and 4.4.2. When you press the fullscreen button in this version it doesn't actually enter full-screen at all. It does, however, think it is and it locks up Firefox. It does display a message "Press back button to exit full screen" but pressing this button does absolutely nothing. The solution is to close Firefox and uninstall it.

This is not a problem on devices running Lolipop.
