is change.org hard-coded into URL auto-complete history?

Everytime I type "cha" into the browser bar, Firefox auto-complete suggests "change.org" for me. I have never visited change.org except by accidentally clicking that suggestion. It is not in my bookmarks. I am unable to delete the entry from auto-complete suggestions--it always comes back first for "cha" no matter what. Is change.org hard-coded into the browser history? Are there any other such domains? How do I remove them?

After some further research it appears that this was just a sticky url from somewhere in the browser history. I used the "forget about this site" option in the history manager and it no longer comes up

Next time it comes up == STOP == Using the arrow keys, highlight that entry, and press Delete.
