I am being told to fill out a form to gain access to my G mail.I am also told that the info I enter has been taken.It happens to be the info I have used ever sense G mail came to be.I can get to G mail now and then but the tool bars are absent i e.Most Visited.

That would be a question for Google (or Chrome) support, not Firefox support.
