I have had a Firefox account for some years. It is my principal means of searching the web and opening my email accounts. I attempted to install Chrome. I was not able to do this and since the attempt I can no longer open Mozilla Firefox from the icons on my laptop.

Sometimes this problem is caused from a link that were placed on the desktop.

Are you able to see at least the Icon from Mozilla Firefox from Start>All Program>Mozilla Firefox?

If you see it you can place the Mozilla Icon again from Start>All Program>Mozilla Firefox by hitting right click and hit Send To Desktop -Create' shortcut".

I present to you a similar process of how you will see this.
