page keeps reloading and going to the top

This issue is NOT a crash but no topic matched it. I repeatedly have trouble with pages on rogerebert.com/reviews. For example, this one: https://www.rogerebert.com/reviews/leave-the-world-behind-movie-review-2023

The page loads fine but while I am reading it, every 30-60 secs it reloads and takes me back to the top of the page. I have been having this problem for a couple of weeks now and it has persisted thru a couple of updates.

I am running IOS 17.2 on an iPhone13 mini.

Should I report this as a bug? When I open the page in Safari it does just fine. I am using FFox v121.0
