So recently on the latest Firefox version 128.0.3 (64-bit) I have seen blank pages very often. Be it me trying to search for something using google or opening results of such searches, my Firefox just displays a blank page. Sometimes it's the fifth tab, sometimes it's the second tab - but it has happened a lot within the last week. At first I thought I might be running out of RAM but that doesn't seem to be the case because next tab opens and plays nicely as seen in first screenshot. I'm running Windows 10 x64 and have no plans on going Windows 11 ever, but this is just silly.

I am an aged pensioner of limited means & have already provided monthly donation to Mozilla & possibly other parts thereof & now you're asking for more donations from those in favor of / & already supporting. Does you're management of various aspects of your endeavours need to be rationalised??? & so increase support for your causes? Thunderbird, Mozilla & perhaps other aspects thereof?

Have been using Trello through Firefox my default set up for years. Currently can't access Trello through Firefox. Can access Trello through Google Crome. How do I fix? never had this problem before?

Hi Starting this weekend I have been unable to purchase items online using Firefox browser on my Windows Desktop. On the weekend I tried to purchase an item from PolarPro, but when I clicked on the checkout button it was unresponsive. I thought it likely that there was a glitch in their website and made the purchase using my iPad. Then today I tried to buy an item from Bandcamp and again had the ssame problem. When I clicked to confirm the purchase my screen was unresponsive. I tried to send an email to you guys and clicking on the send button, same again - nothing happened. This is a new thing and quite frustrating. Let's see if this email gets through. Cheers Richard Wedekind

When i am in facebook and i want to do a live call or video chat,and when i hover the mouse over these options ,it no longer let's me do this and tells me that the browser not longer supports this action yet i could do this up until about 7 weeks ago im using firefox in 20:04 ubuntu,im also having difficulty on another web page ordering spare parts,it won't let me select or order part's either but when i use windows 10 with firefox browser everything works fine why is this same browser different system?? i don't get this please help

Second time I am writing this. The first try upped and vanished when I was in "Troubleshooting" I believe. When FF starts up on this Win-11 laptop, left 25% of FF screen is obscured by popups concerned with articles in PC-Gamer. There must be some setting that will turn them off?

This morning, for the very first time in 12 years, I opened my hotmail/outlook email tab and got a completely blank white screen, and nothing more. I've restarted my laptop twice, just to see if it was a Windows glitch. Nope. I disabled ad blockers with the little shield in front of the URL--still no change.

I love Firefox and prefer to use nothing else. However, I tried to open my email with Edge and it works fine. It also works fine on my older computer that did NOT get the Firefox update, so something is amiss here. Firefox updated recently on this machine and I'm wondering if something went wrong in the update. I'm not very tech savvy, but can anyone help me?

An unwanted bookmarks toolbar appears above the URL field, as shown in the image.

After all the bookmark shortcuts it contains are closed, and FF is restarted, the marks reappear.

How can they be purged permanently?

Roboform StartPage will not display as a Custom URL as used before last Firefox update. If Firefox default HomePage is used with shortcuts the Roboform startPage will display, but the pinned items will not link to the logins.

Many web pages now 'flash' when opened in FF (128.0.3 64bit W10). ALL graphics images turn on then off in synchrony. Text does not seem to be affected. Disabling HW acceleration has no effect.

I tried the troubleshooting mode, which turns off all the add-ons. Despite that, my Firefox still lags. For example, when I click on a new tab, it takes a couple of seconds to open. When I am typing, it takes a few seconds every now and then to catch up. Additionally, when I am scrolling, it will be unresponsive for a couple of seconds before jumping to where I supposedly scrolled to. I am using Mint Linux Firefox 128.0.3. Processor: 13th Gen Intel© Core™ i7-13700HX × 16. Graphics:

A problem that I just ran into is going to the shopping tab and having the pictures blurred out. Very difficult to know if your getting what you want if you can't even clearly see the items. I checked the settings and didn't see an option that should be causing this problem.

I have used Firefox before, and I want to confirm that what i could do in the past is now no longer possible. In the screenshot, you see in the "Home" section, you are able to pick what shows for your home page and new windows. Then you see What you can choose to happen on new tabs. I have set it to pull Google's home page. You used to be able to set the new tabs to whatever you wanted as well. However, you no longer can. Is this the way it is intended to work? If so, this should be rethought. No one wants to set their browser to open a new web page whenever they want to look something up, much less just in general to get to their home page. I understand and know that you can add the home button to the toolbar, but that creates an extra step.

Now if this was intended to be this way, where may I express my dissatisfaction with this option?
