Hello, we are having an issue with one webpage we visit very often not displaying correctly on our computer screen using Firefox as the browser. We have used this page for 5+ years on Firefox and in the last few days it went from displaying 3 Columns to 2 Columns on Firefox (very annoying). If we look at this same website page in Microsoft Edge it displays correctly. We have tried various search options to figure this out with no luck ~ hoping this "community" can help us figure out why and what to do to fix this! Is it possible to sync your multi-account containers between two computers? I looked in the documentation and didn't see instructions for how to do this (perhaps I overlooked it).

MacBook Air crashed and i lost all my Firefox Bookmarks, I cannot add new Bookmarks, and my History is gone - how can i restore these functions / data so everything is restored and Firefox works again?

I used safe mode to find out if an extension was causing a problem. In safe mode there was no problem. I searched for the extension that is causing it. I went into 'troubleshoot information" for the list of installed extensions but there was no way to disable or remove any of them to find the cause. (The list of extensions in the settings menu showed only one extension and 2 pre-intalled plug ins)

How can I see HTML DOM structure via console in Firefox?

In Chrome when I type "document" in the console, I see clearly the HTML DOM structure. When I do this in FireFox I get a bunch of extra info and it's even hard to figure out the the HTML DOM structure. My question is: Where to find or how to display the HTML DOM in FireFox the way it's displayed in Chrome? DOM tool is enabled but shows completely different information (I tried DOM tab in tools it is not the same). Didn't find any solutions for this.

I don't want tabs i open through middle click to be focused immediately. I checked my settings and they aren't supposed to be doing that based on what I see. How do I get this to stop?

Hi, Since some weeks the Norton Virus Sanner (Smart Scan) tells me that the file

   c\program files\mozilla firefox\00009757.tmp is infected with a trojan horse.

The file is removed. But with the next scan it shows up again.

Do you have any insight in this problem (false alarm, caused by some other program)?

I have installed every update that you have provided, and allowed the install at my discretion. Question; why is it I have no problems at all in any way until I allowed these updated to install. I have never had so many times when the screen stall's, even had to restart the PC with the reset button. Your updates are getting worse and worse :( When I last installed Firefox, I had limited and or no problems with this program, and yet you claim every time you update that you are fixing bugs, glitches, and a whole load of other stuff, but I never had any of these thing's happen until you started updating :( Can you please stop messing with a program that works properly, but putting it back too a version that works without constant problems :(

How can I uninstall the latest Firefox Update? My version is 105.01. When I right click on the file menu, there is a blank menu, except for the "Bookmarks Menu" is the only thing. Also, the side menu on the right side is useless. None of the commands show except for a couple keyboard shortcuts. I tried changing themes and also changed to the default theme with no luck.

I rely heavily on the menus so i would love to roll back/uninstall the update. Thank you. nottyn

I need to use the proctoru extension to take exams for my university, it used to work fine but now Firefox will not let me download the extension. Because of this I have to use Chrome which is a problem on its own. How can I force firefox to let me download this extension.

New dual boot Linux configuration and all new install. Ubuntu 22.04 (all updates). Firefox 105.0.1. I am trying to create a new profile on a shared (ext4) partition that can be accessed from either boot side. I have tried over a dozen different configurations. I can create profiles anywhere on my local disk (also ext4). I cannot create a profile on the shared partition. Error msg: "Profile couldn’t be created. Probably the chosen folder isn’t writable." I have checked/verified permissions/directories/access/etc, checked for typos, tried using links or direct access. I tried copying a profile I created on the local disk onto the shared partition and just point to that. Notably when I choose the directory from the partition in the FF profile tool, FF switches the path to the /run/user/(...) tmpfs instead of using the actual directory as chosen. I verified access via this path as well. I even tried modifying the profiles.ini file to the "normal" location. Sorry for the long explanation. I have been configuring new Linux installs since the 90's. I'm stuck. Help??

Hello, I can't get Firefox (105.0.1, 64-bit) to work with any page that uses the Web Audio API, even if they are from https://github.com/mdn/webaudio-examples/. The console shows: Uncaught ReferenceError: AudioContext is not defined Is there some setting that can make Firefox not support AudioContext? Thanks, Esteban

Regular Firefox window doesn't work, open private window and I can log in. The web pages load, some features don't work, Like at Costco.com, when I click on account a drop down window is supposed to open, I get nothing. Works just fine in Private window. Camping world.com I enter my login and get CSRF error. Yesterday I could not login into a bank page. Other web sites work just fine.

Hello, I have the most recent firefox update 105.0.1 (64-bit). I'm currently using the desktop / PC version. When I drag my cursor to the left side of any webpage, click and drag upwards, firefox acts like i've pressed the back button! I've been trying to get some work done, which includes clicking and dragging things, so this is incredibly frustrating! I've already turned off browser.gestures in about:config, and now I'm not sure what to do! Please help me! ): This also happens when I click and drag from the left side of the page, to the right side of the page.

Edit: Turns out it was my mouse ): got a new one and it fixed the issue.
