On the top of the left side of the incoming email page, next to my email address, I would like the following alternatives to appear: answer, answer all, forward . . . I have had them before, have never had a problem with them, but I must have pressed the wrong key as now I get the following instead: an icon with a pin-up button, a phrase about filtering, and then five icons with an envelope, a star, a notebook . . . What do I need to do to recover the original layout?

I cannot play YouTube videos using Firefox with Windows 10. I still have to use Chrome, even after I cleared my cache and cookies. I reinstalled Firefox and then I could watch YouTube videos for a few days, but now they stopped working again.

I have an address in my address book that I received many emails from. About a month ago they started going to the bulk folder. How do i get that address restored so i can receive emails from them?

This new version of Thunderbird (115.12.2) is not the best. The Composition toolbar doesn't exist when typing a new message and I no longer have a menu bar when typing a new message.

Another issue is on replying why do these sideways "V's" show at the beginning of each line of the senders email when replying. Sometimes it will be just a black line all the way down. When I saw those I felt like I had woken up in 1995.

I keep getting "can't connect" message and I have to enter my password for outgoing mail. Incoming comes through no problem. How can I get Thunderbird to remember my provider password for outgoing? They obviously already have it for incoming.

Are Firefox extensions sandboxed from the rest of the operating system? Suppose I have installed a malicious extension/add-on on my system. Would it be possible for the extension to access and tamper with my operating system? I do not care if it tampers with the browser tabs or data inside the browser as long as it does not have a way to tamper with my OS. Using MacOS Sonoma

No videos on any platform will play when I try to open them in Firefox. They are forever stuck on the thumbnail image of the video, and nothing happens when I hit play. I've had this happen a couple times and was able to resolve before by installing updates and uninstalling my Mozilla VPN, but this time nothing has worked. I've tried pretty much every solution I could find online:

• Updating Firefox
• Updating my computer
• Running in Incognito
• Running in troubleshooting mode
• Allowing autoplay
• Disabling hardware acceleration
• Disabling addons
• Clearing cache and data
• Enabling/disabling DRM content
• Installing Windows Media Pack

I'm running Windows 10, and videos seem to work fine in Edge, if that makes any difference.

I am deleting or updating accounts linked to an email that was hacked. However, I cannot make changes to this Firefox account that I no longer use because the email that was hacked no longer exists. I wish to delete the account because of suspicious activity. Thank you for your assistance.

I use Firefox (currently on version 127.0) and starting this weekend I noticed a strange behavior. When I initially go to the NPR.org site (and only that site) everything works fine, but once I scroll down past the first two articles all of the links on the page stop working. The cursor that usually changes from an arrow to a finger does not change, the links do not change color as they should.

This only happens on NPR.org, and it only happens with Firefox (I can use Chrome at the site works fine.) Therefore I assumed that something changed at NPR.org so have reached out to them, however, I thought I would ask your team if they knew of anything going on?

Followed the instructions in the article and cannot send email (SMTP error) "Login to server smtp.office365.com with username xxxxx#outlookcom failed"

Tried a new profile - no change Followed directions for using config editor and deleting two items - no change Could go back to original settings (turn off OATH2) but have to get it working by Sept so might as well slay the beast now.

I had the situation maybe a year ago. I use the Firefox profile manager.

I just updated to 127.02, and now not I'm getting this because for whatever reason, since the update, I am somehow on the beta channel, but only with this profile. I just opened two other profiles, and neither is on the beta channel, although i don't know what "Firefox is being updated by another instance" means.

I don't know if it's just a coincidence, but I'm also just noticing that a number of my addons settings have reverted to default.

Outlook says that it will no longer let third party mail apps like Thunderbird to access Outlook email as of September 16, 2024? What do you recommend?

Hello, I Signed into and began using a New Firefox ACCOUNT Yesterday.Today,I found that I had forgotten that I formerly had a Mozilla account which is apparently still ACTIVE from 10/14/2021. I'm confused as to WHY it's called MOZILLA... Is it called Firefox or Mozilla for this Browser... and I don't want two Accounts... so I need to eliminate one. My iMac is Auto inserting My Password and I'm not familiar yet with whatever Browser I have, to locate a way to see the Password it signed me in on... ? the one I created yesterday... or the one that was created in 2021... So.. please tell me what the Browser is called today... Firefox or Mozilla... or Mozilla Firefox... ??? and I'll begin AGAIN... OR CAN YOU FIX THIS FOR ME WITH JUST ONE ACCOUNT, and I'll create another Password. I am trying to print a long webpage into a PDF format. When I open the Print preview window, I noticed that pages after the 255th page are all blank. I tried changing the destination but this seems to be a persistent issue. I tried the same procedure with Microsoft Edge and the entire page was able to be seen in the Print preview window.
