I noticed yesterday with version 115.4.2 32-bit (I just updated now) that an e-mail, part of a correspondence, would not load. Actually it did load but it seems to have permanently replaced the original message with a completely different e-mail from a different sender. But the From and the Subject lines pertained to the e-mail that was supposed to be there. The replacement message, if it matters, is an e-transfer notification, again, from a completely different sender.

I noticed then that a few other e-mails show only code data in the body. This is loading from a Gmail account which appears to be intact when I log in there directly.

I was also concerned when I first went to open Thunderbird from the taskbar, that a Win 10 pop-up appeared as I hovered over to click the icon, showing "recent" e-mails from all different dates, most of them well in the past and certainly not accessed recently. This has me concerned about a security breach.

PS: When I tried to remove the "recent" e-mails pop-up menu I accidentally deleted the taskbar shortcut and now can't get it back. Well, I can but the TBird icon won't reload and it just shows up as a blank icon.

in looking at my history I only have dates for Most Recent Visit, nothing for Added or Last Modified. How can I get this information? I added a screenshot showing the (3) columns.

Hi, I'm having issues with Firefox running on macOS. It says "server not found" and I've tried pretty much everything, but it's still not working. I've followed all the steps on the wiki, but nothing has helped. My internet connection is fine, as Safari is running just fine.

Today I started seeing a new symbol to the left of the Subject line in the Inbox on one of my accounts. I have not seen this before and cannot find an explanation for it. I could find nothing when reviewing changes and new features.

All of a sudden I can't access Lowe's or Home Depot web sited from my browser. I get the following message-

Never had this problem before. I get the same message when attempting tp access Home Depot.

Since yesterday I've been unable to sign into Earthlink webmail. I worked with their chat support this morning, clearing cache, history, etc., but no luck. I'm able to sign in on Edge. So Earthlink suggested I contact you.

In the last few days I am getting tabs crashing constantly (Gah. Your tab just crashed). This has never happended before. I have AVG antivirus and have downloaded the newest version of firefox. Is there anything else I can do to stop this happening.

I have been using Firefox for over a decade. My doctors systems use MyChart for communication with patients. All of a sudden, it takes minutes to load ANY and EVERY page. Their IT says it is Firefox is not compatible with MyChart. Why all of a sudden is it not compatible??? I don't want to use Edge or Chrome....especially edge.

When I try calling some of my Facebook friends from my PC, I get this message "Video calling is not supported on this browser " . But when I try calling other Facebook friends, everything works just well. When I try calling my Facebook friends from my cellphone, no problem.

Hi, I have been using thunderbird with two accounts. One day one account decided that won't get new messages, so I deleted that account, tried to add it again and it is showing me mistake: Unable to log in at server. Probably wrong configuration, username or password. I am 100% sure, that all the credentials are correct. Could you please try to help me?

I am tryign to access my firm's MetroBank account through Firefox and, after putting in my login details, I get a blank, white screen. I've tried with the same details through Chrome and it works. I've also disabbled pop up blocking and ad blockers.

Any other tips on what I could look for?

I prefer the Firefox browser. Outlook 365 used to open perfectly on my laptop, but it does not open now. Nothing different was done. I trouble shooted this with Outlook support, but it turns out that it is a Firefox problem.

Outlook 365 opens perfectly in Chrome on this laptop and on my phone and it still opens perfectly in Firefox on my old Macbook Pro from 2013.

What shall I do?
