Hello, My website www.bodymindwholeness.com will not loan on Mozilla browser for over 6 months now. My website loads just fine on all other browsers, just not Mozilla? I have tried to adjust every setting I can imagine with no luck. Why wont Mozilla allow my website to load and what can I do to fix the issue? Thank you Michael Hofrath

Earlier today I had to do a complete software reset on my MacBook Pro (running Sonoma 14.5). Prior to the reset, I had been running the newest version of Firefox and was signed in; I assumed that Sync was on and that it was storing my passwords and bookmarks.

After the system reset, I re-installed Firefox and signed in again, but none of my passwords or bookmarks are showing up. However, under connected services, I still see the old (pre-reset) name of my MacBook Pro, in addition to the MacBook Pro's current name.

Is it possible to retrieve my pre-reset passwords and bookmarks?

As of today, DirecTV is no longer supporting Firefox for watching live streaming. They show the attached image. Brave works, too, btw (Chromium-based browser). Do you know why this is happening? Has Mozilla been in talks with DirecTV about this? I use this feature every day.

Now to the problem: Various pages have no favicon in Firefox when I drag them into the bookmark bar as a bookmark. However, when the page is active in the tab, a favicon is visible there.

Before Firefox used to keep private tabs 'open and available' till you closed the page out, for iphones, ipads, etc. Now all my private tabs are closing out every time I close the app. Before there used to be a section in settings that would allow you to turn this feature on/off, however it's not in settings anymore. I want to be able to keep private tabs open when I close out Firefox on my phone and ipad.Before I would have all my tabs available jut like regular browsing but now its cleared out evey time. I am running macOS 10.15.7 and Firefox won't upgrade past ESR v. 115 to the "regular" version 127.

Alternately, downloading the Firefox v. 127 installer and running won't update ESR v. 115 nor will it import bookmarks or data from the previous version ESR 115. Firefox v. 127 installs and starts as if I am a new user without any update or import option so that all previous settings, passwords, and data from ESR v. 115 are lost.

Is there a work-around for the upgrade to keep continuity, settings, bookmarks, and data when migrating to v. 127? Thanks!
