When my e-mail is opened, the background is black and the print is white. How do I change this?
The inbox e-mail page has suddenly been appearing with a black background and white print. I want to change it back to the way it was originally. I don't know how to do it.

I'd start by starting Thunderbird in its Safe Mode; hold down shift whilst starting it. If this changes its appearance then we can presume there is an add-on, probably a theme, at work.
There are settings for the text colour and the background colour but it's hard to see why both of these would spontaneously change.
please help... Thunderbird and Firefox both affected... Been working to fix since Tuesday...
