No way. Thunderbird isn't available for iOS.

There is no such thing as a Thunderbird email account. Accounts come from email providers and Thunderbird is email client software not a provider. There should already be an email client on your apple device. Set up your real email account in that and use it.

The Thunderbird email client from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/ is only for desktop OS's as in Windows (XP SP2 to current), Linux and Mac OSX 10.6+.

There is no mobile version of Thunderbird for Android and iOS.
