31.2.0 will not install just like two previous versions and my account is not recognized... again.

New version is available so I permit download and install. However, TB is not updated. This is not the 1st time this has occurred and NORMALLY a "fix" is provided by TB to correct the issue.

Also, is a user account only valid for when a question is asked?
