Thunderbird with Mailfence.com I am receiving this error after update
Unable to connect to your server. You may have exceeded the maximum number of connections to this server. If so use the Advanced IMAP Server dialog to reduce the number of cached connections

Mailfence is free for 14 days as a trial and then becomes a subscription service. You can still use the account in a web page, but not from Thunderbird unless you pay up.
Have you subscribed? I didn't, I just tried it out so I could have an understanding of what it was and how it worked for providing support here. So I got the you can't connect to the server issue
