No emails for 3 days! Help please!
Hi All I've been using Thunderbird for many years, but after it stopped downloading my emails on 2/16/18 I know ther's a problem. I rebooted my laptop, checked my Task Manager, (Processes say "Running"), I ran the "Troubleshooter" on Thunderbird, (which is up-to-date & was trouble-free until 2/16/18), & since I can access the Internet & my TVs are working fine, I know my WiFi is OK, too. Please help me find out what's going on so I can get my email again! Thanks in advance for your help! Nuts4Mutts

Try starting Windows in safe mode - win10 https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode
