Firefox continues to delete saved passwords for sites - why?

When inputting a login and password, I click on the save this. . but one or two days later, I've finding I have to re-input this all over. Therefore my info is NOT being saved? It worked before but now now. . not since about 2 weeks ago? What needs to be done to correct this?

Known issue with Advanced SystemCare Surfing Protection. Can't tell you how to fix it as I have never used that program. My advice is to disable that protection for Firefox until that company can fix the issues it presents to Firefox users,

Also, you have a multitude of old Flash plugins installed. Shockwave Flash 19.0 r0 Shockwave Flash 13.0 d0 Shockwave Flash 11.7 r700 Shockwave Flash 14.0 d0

First, grab the Adobe uninstaller from here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Then download the latest Flash Plugin version from here: Select the Windows > Plugin-based browsers - the EXE version. https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

Run the Flash uninstaller program, then reboot your PC. Then install the latest Plugin version of Flash. So you'll have a clean installation of Flash for Firefox.

Note that your System Detail list shows that you have a user.js file in the profile folder to initialize prefs each time Firefox starts. The user.js file will only be present if you or other software has created this file and normally won't be present.

You can check its content with a plain text editor (right-click: "Open with"; do not double-click). The user.js file is read each time Firefox is started and initializes preferences to the value specified in this file, so preferences set via user.js can only be changed temporarily for the current session.

You can delete the user.js file if you didn't create this file yourself.
