CSS ("Cascading Style Sheets") is the language websites use for formatting. For the desktop version:

You may have accidentally turned off style rendering. To re-enable it, go to the View menu, followed by "Page Style", and ensure that "Basic Page Style" is selected instead of "No Style".

If you cannot see the View menu, and have the orange "Firefox" button instead, you can normally get the menu bar to show by pressing the Alt key, or by pressing F10.
