When connecting to the Mozilla Firefox. com site. When launching the browser to inter www.effer.gsa.gov. The message is that the site is "untrusted." And the rest of the message is:An error occurred during a connection to www.eoffer.gsa.gov.

SSL peer was unable to negotiate an acceptable set of security parameters.
