Note that you are behind on updates with Firefox 114.0.2, current is 120.0.1 and next Tuesday 121.0 is scheduled for release.

You can see the installed extensions in the extensions manager (about:addons). You can possibly save a backup copy of extensions.json in the Firefox profile folder to have a backup of all extension data.

Thanks for responding,

I'm not installing updates bc last time I did Firefox started to lag in every part of Firefox and bookmark manager. So I had to reinstall except then it wouldn't start, so I had to delete every Firefox file in all Firefox locations and do a clean install. Then I had to reset all my preferences. It was not a pleasant experience. As for locations of NAMES OF ADD-ONs, I don't mean in about:addons or even backups of add-ons. it was just a list of names of add-ons, but it was hard to find once, and I think wherever it was it is going to remain hidden.

Thanks for your time, Richard
