Just updated to the latest version; and I am missing the following tool commands from the tool customization menu. 1. Missing Refresh Browser Button. 2. Missing Stop Loading Page Button. 3. Missing Forward Page Arrow Button.

Glad you found it. Thanks for posting back.

It has been a combined button for a while now so those of us without customisations hare probably got used to the concept. I quite like the idea two buttons sharing the one place saves space.

Hi ronusa, Sorry you are having problems.

I am sure it would be much better if Mozilla Firefox had some method of warning users well in advance of the pending changes, rather than upgrading and then afterwards leave you struggling with an unfamilliar UI trying to figure out what happened.

There has been a bit of streamlining going on. You still should have these command icons they may just look different or not be there all the time. Once you get used to it no doubt you will grow to like the changes.

The refresh and stop loading buttons do not display at the same time because you can only use the one that is appropriate to the current situation. The page forward arrow again only displays when there is something to go forward to.

These articles explain some of the changes

If necessary addons may be used to make things a bit more like they were before

How do I refresh the browser though when someone says that they just made changes to their website?

Click the curved arrow icon reload_vista.png at the end of the address bar it has the tool tip Reload current page when you hover the mouse over it.

Alternatively use a keyboard shortcut F5 (On Windows)

Customize Firefox controls, buttons and toolbars

Thanks for the info as I finally found the new and much smaller Refresh and Stop Loading Page buttons at the end of the address bar.
