I have been trying to get into my Verizon e-mail..can access all the other departments but not e-mail. When I go to my homepage and click on the "unread messages" it goes to the red banner up top and has "conversations, contacts, calendar, and settings" but it doesn't load the e-mails. I checked my plugins and they are updated. I figured that since I can get into it on IE and not on Firefox that it is a Firefox problem...I have windows 7, and have the latest Firefox version..full version...not Beta. My default is Firefox. I have not encountered this problem before...sometimes it goes out but I think it is Verizon updating their site, this is the longest time.

Problem solved...Turns out it was an extension that was causing the problem. "Ghostery" was the problem but I found out after I had taken out Firefox and reinstalled it. Disabled Ghostery and I can now access my Verizon e-mail. Come to think of it I think there was an update on that program just before it started acting up, cuz it was working ok until about four days ago.
