The email you got was sent by the forum software to notify you of a reply to your thread https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1417281 as you should make a reply in thread instead of creating a new thread to reply.

There is no support by email.

Thank you so much for your screenshot - that is really useful.

It would also really help if you could confirm the version number of Firefox Focus for Android that you have installed. Please can you:

- Open Firefox Focus for Android - Select the three dot menu at the top of the screen - Select Settings, followed by Mozilla and About Firefox Focus

The version number is the first number under the Firefox Focus logo.

This would really help us to look into this further for you.
