What is your connectiom with GURUAID in India, is it safe??

I had trouble with my computer in May 2013 and called Comcast for help, they referred me to you at 877-458-5817. I ended up connected to and got assistance from GURUAID in India. I was convinced to get a contract for cleaning up the many problems on my computer for i year for $169. What is your connection to them. Do you have your own tech help for customers?? I am confused. Barbara??? Even the boxes below confuse me. Can you answer my question??

Mozilla has no phone number (for support), any website saying that is a scam.
