I ended a host proces and now firefox wont start up Help?

Well Before this everything was fine but now, after i ended a host process (dont know wich one) i open up firefox and it just stays still or frozen and so it wont start up,

I tries restarting the laptop a couple times but nothing. Id like to also know maybe how to restart that host process i ended thanks.
