Yeah at this time that feature isn’t available at the moment!! I am sorry about that!!

You can actually add website as a shortcut on Firefox Focus for iOS.
- Go to the website you want to set as shortcut
- Click on the hamburger menu and choose Add to Shortcuts
- You'll see the site on your Firefox Focus home screen.
