My webcam will not connect in firefox to Face Book and it works in chrome no problem
Face book in Firefox will not let me connect to video chat. It works in all other browsers. I have tried everything suggested on trouble shooting. and am now at a loss as what to try next please help. my light comes on but no picture in the video chat. I can see and hear the other end but they cannot see or hear me. i've tried all of face book suggestions also

Did you uninstall and reinstall the webcam driver?
This may be your problem,

So I am guessing video chat is a java app?

my webcam works fine in all other apps and programs just not facebook in firefox

You need got Facebook and then check the settings and change if necessary, under Permissions in Firefox Page Info window.
