I'm not sure I understand. iTunes is a media player that can also be used to sync/backup your iphone with your computer. iCloud is a service by Apple, allowing you to keep certain data on their servers instead of keeping it on your phone or computer. So instead of syncing your phone with your computer, both sync with the icloud service. You can also access that data with a web browser, such as Firefox.

Right now, my best guess about what you're asking is that you're using Firefox to try access your icloud data on the web, but that has nothing to do with itunes. You also posted this in a forum for Focus by Firefox, which is an iphone app that has nothing to do with the Firefox web browser.

Could provide more details about what you're trying to do?
