When I try to logon a site I get this message. Residential sign in

There was an unexpected internal error. Please try again.

Some one suggested I try to logon using another browser. I tried it on Microsoft Edge and I can logon with no problem. So it only happens with Firefox. I am on Firefox 78.0.2 (64-bit)
