Try Firefox's Private browsing window (Ctrl + Shift + P) and F12 key, Console tab to see if it shows any red errors (not warnings) then reload the page and try to login. If private window works, maybe some extension is causing the issue. You may try disabling one after another until you find the causing one and contact its developer.
