I am signing into firefox but it is not sendning me a verification code

To whom it may concern.

I have downloaded on my other laptop Firefox and now it wont let me sign in because when it has tried to send me a verification code nothing shows up in my mail box or spam box. I have tried 6 times and nothing. Please fix this issue so I can sync my info. Thanks!

That isn't something Firefox forum user can help with should the email reset not work then the Primary email address isn't the login account that is getting the email to. Did you check with the email provider about not receiving email reset yet?

Okay I have this same email address on all my other computers and it is the only email I use there is no primary email. It is your browser you should be able to help.

This is a user help forum - how and what a user does to their login or Primary email that they don't get password reset is something you need to contact your email account provide to find out why it's not getting the reset. Did you logout of all the devices before login back in.
