Organize Bookmarks was renamed to Show All Bookmarks in Firefox 4.

-> Tap ALT key or press F10 to show the Menu Bar

-> go to Bookmarks Menu -> click Show All Bookmarks -> click Import and Backup -> click Backup... OR Export HTML -> enter filename and click Save

Check and tell if its working.
