Some items from the right click pop-up menu is missing.

When I right click on Firefox, the menu containing Back, reload, open link in new tab ...etc, is missing some items and appearing grey at the end of the list. The items hidden aren't even working if clicked.

What options are supposed to be there?

Does the issue still occur if you start Firefox in Safe Mode? http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode
