all of a sudden, I can not get to my "COLLECTION" OF ADD-ONS because it says BAD PW. So I have attempted to RESET IT and clocked the link in my email, took me to the NEW PASSWORD page, entered a new PW and get an error:

What is happening? What do I do now????
