Where there is supposed to be a word(s)or number(s) when setting up an account online or wanting to change a password, there is a blank space so i cannot enter whatever is there to prove i'm human. I have had to use another browser in order to accomplish registration or password change. my popup blocker is off and i'm not sure what other area under tools would allow me to see these codes.

Start Firefox in Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox (Tools) > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
