Our download page has a link to the Android Market. If your device does not have the Android Market app, then you can download Firefox directly from our FTP server instead: http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/mobile/releases/4.0/android-r7/en-US/

However, it will only install on devices with compatible hardware: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Mobile/Platforms/Android#System_Requirements
