I am not signed into firefox. Most times I go to a site that I always go to knowing it is truly safe, I get the captcha question. How can I get rid of that ? I know this has been discussed ad-nausea-um but I have never seen an answer that applies to me.

You can try saving the login cookies for that site and prevent them from being cleared when Firefox closes -
