Good morning, My name is Mario, i'm from Italy. I have a big problem about the use of Mozilla Thunderbird, i tried to search in the forum but i couldn't find a solution about this problem. It started without change anything in windows system. Like a wrote in the title, Mozilla Thunderbird crashes everytime i open: - microsoft excel - microsoft word - a folder of windows (explorer window) It crashes everytime i give the command "ctrl+c" or "ctrl+x", too. If it crashes the software doesn't save (not always but often) the last changes (for example if i move a mail to an other folder or if i cancel an email, the software will download again the email at the next restart of the software).

After these bugs, i updated windows to windows 11. I tried to uninstall mozilla thunderbird (canceling the thunderbird folders in appdata and in programs too) and reinstall again. The software doesn't crashes if i do the operations described before but....if i import the folder of my profile, previously saved before the uninstalling, there are the same problems and the same crashes. In the profile i import there are two email addresses and a system of local folders.

Do you know any solution to this problem? Thanks in advance

Greetings, Mario Maietto

  2. Importare solo la posta con ImportExportTools NG -> https://addons.thunderbird.net/it/thunderbird/addon/importexporttools-ng/
  3. Riconfigurare manualmente gli account
