I can no longer send e-mails, but I still receive them. I've tried the steps on your help page regarding sending e-mails, but still no luck. My mail provider and ISP is Wave Broadband. I'm running Microsoft 10, version 21H1, and my anti-virus software is Microsoft Defender Antivirus, version 1.353.2023.0. I've added some screen shots of my current setup below.

They suggest some odd settings, e.g. you can't have authentication with a blank User Name or password.

For the outgoing, try mail.wavecable.com on port 587, STARTTLS security, authentication = normal password, User Name = email address.
