incorrect greeting: error message
I get this error message when I send attachments. I don't know if they are sent or not. "An error occurred while sending mail: The mail server sent an incorrect greeting: shw-obgw-4002a.ext.cloudfilter.net cmsmtp 15.222.253.13 is listed on Cloudmark CSI-Global. Please visit:// https AUP#IPBL1000."
I want to not get this message. I want my e-mails to be sent.
Chosen solution
Well you will need to get the sending IP removed from the cloudfilter blacklist. This is generally a job for your mail provider whom ever that is.
But I just looked up the address given 15.222.253.13 and it appears it is part of the surf easy vpn. So turn off your vpn if you want mail to work until you work out your issues with your VPN provider.
